Maintenance
Taking care of the properties we manage is one of our top priorities. We carry out regular inspections and provide feedback and recommendations to our landlords.
We have a proactive attitude to repairs; it's better to fix something small at a low cost than wait until it becomes an expensive major repair.
Any maintenance required can be carried out by our qualified in-house tradesmen or by a company appointed by the landlord.
