Steyn Lettings believe that looking after people is good for business,
so we aim to deal with all maintenance issues swiftly and efficiently. If
you are having a problem with something in your property, and you
believe it is something you cannot deal with*. Contact our Maintenance
Team, who will decide what needs to be done and will coordinate tradesmen
and access arrangements with you.

repairs@steyn.co.uk (This email is checked during office hours) If you have an
out of hours emergency (and it must be a genuine emergency) then please
dial 07774 777734. Thank you!

* please do make an effort to see if you can solve the issue, as if this were
your own property. For example, we get asked to attend a lot of boilers that
aren't working, and it turns out to be the pressure needed topped up via the
filling loop. Remember, if you call out the engineer, and we consider the fault
to be user error, you are charged for the works. If in doubt, call us and ask.
